I made this recipe a couple of weeks ago, and quite honestly, it was the greatest version of lamb chops I’ve ever made. Because lamb chops tend to be a bit pricey, I decided to scale down the ingredients to try to make it a bit more affordable.

Garlic-crusted roast rack of lamb with mushroom risotto
I found this recipe in a magazine a while back (don’t remember which) and figured I’d give it a shot. This is one of my easier recipes, but due to the price of lamb, it’s not something everyone can afford to make frequently, but I would say it’s well worth the price.
